Using Formatrix

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant Formatrix permission to process it only to provide the services you request.

Plans and payments

Prices and included services are shown before checkout. One-time author packages and publisher subscriptions are governed by the selected plan. Refund and cancellation terms are available in our refund and cancellation policy.

Publishing responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and approving your manuscript, rights, credits, and final files before publication. Formatrix does not guarantee sales, rankings, acceptance by a publisher, or uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the platform for unlawful or harmful activity.

Account and service changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and may update features to maintain security and service quality. Material changes to these terms will be posted here.
